Hold The Slip is an informational tool. It does not accept bets, place wagers, hold funds, or guarantee outcomes or profit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view betting-related information where you live. You are responsible for complying with local laws and sportsbook rules.

All probabilities, fair-value ranges, ratings, and explanations are estimates based on available information and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Hold The Slip is not financial, legal, or gambling advice. You remain solely responsible for every betting and cash-out decision.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or upload information you do not have permission to use.

Early access and purchases

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Before any paid pass is offered, the checkout page will state the price, included features, access period, refund terms, and any material limitations.

Availability and liability

The service may change, pause, or stop. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hold The Slip is not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, sportsbook actions, or decisions made using the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
